All Hall rentals require payment by Cash or Cashier’s Check. The $100 Security deposit is required at the time of Reservation which is refundable if there are no broken or damaged equipment and cleanup of the Hall is completed. The remainder of the total amount of the Rental, clean-up fee, and any add-ons is DUE NO LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE RENTAL DATE. After a Legion Officer inspects the Hall, the Security Deposit fee will be refunded if ALL cleanup rules have been followed/completed.
PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR RENTAL DATE. A CANCELLATION WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE ENTIRE $100 SECURITY FEE. ONLY THE CLEAN-UP FEE AND ADD-ONS WILL BE REFUNDED!
LEGION HALL RENTAL RULES
*Renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the American Legion Post 31 for any claims by others for or on account of any claims or lawsuits whatsoever in connection with any theft, damage of real or personal property, claims for personal injury or death. Renter agrees to hold Post 31 harmless for accidents on or off the premises including holding harmless for injury or death due to or resulting from consumption of alcohol beverages, and agrees to reimburse American Legion Post 31 for any necessary expenses, including attorney’s fees and court costs incurred either in defense of any such claims or lawsuits and including the enforcement of this agreement.

_____1. The American flag, American Legion flags, and Arkansas flag are NOT to be removed.
_____2. A $100 Security deposit is required at the time of reservation, which is refundable if there are no broken or damaged equipment and cleanup of the Hall is completed.
_____3. Cleanup includes: sweeping of the Hall floors and wipe down of all tables, chairs, and counters; and the entire Kitchen area if it is used. If the hall is not left in the same condition as you found it, the American Legion will NOT refund the $100 Security deposit.
_____4. No Smoking in the building or within 25 feet of any door. There are butt cans placed outside in designated smoking areas that shall be used, otherwise you must sweep the area before you leave.
_____5. Under NO circumstances should food or food scraps be put down the kitchen drain. Please use the trash receptacles provided by the Legion. Empty the trash cans and put the trash in the dumpster located on the West side of the storage shed of the back parking lot.
_____6. Tables and chairs are to be RETURNED to their ORIGINAL setup. NO glitter or confetti on tables or floors. Floors will be swept; tables, chairs, and counters will be clean and dry; and trash emptied into the dumpster. NO standing on chairs or tables.
_____7. NO staples, nails, thumbtacks, or tape is to be used on the walls. When decorating the Hall, you must use the hooks and clips provided by the Legion and that are already in place on the walls and columns. Do NOT attach anything to the light fixtures or ceiling fans. Remove any and all decorations when departing. We will place all such items in the trash.
_____8. Due to our Insurance Regulations, when bringing any ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES into the Hall, you must have a Security Guard at minimum rate of 4 hours at $30 an hour and a minimum of 4 hours. The American Legion will provide the Guard. (We have a list of Guards familiar with our facility and our expectations with regard to ensuring renters/patrons have a safe environment while on the American Legion’s property.) If alcohol (bottles, cans, kegs,etc) are to be delivered to the Hall, the Renter MUST be present for the delivery and arrangements made with an Officer of the American Legion.
_____9. There will be NO music or further excessive noise after 11:00 pm. The building must be vacated by Midnight. If you go over the time limit you will be charged an additional day for the rental. *Request or negotiate the time limits in advance of the actual date of rental!
_____10. The aforementioned Fees for the Rental of the Hall reflect charges per day which is assumed to begin upon the Renter’s first entry to the building to their final exit, which will begin and end on the same day. Renter’s will conclude all activities and exit no later than Midnight. If additional time is needed, Renter will be charged another day’s full rental fee of $300.00.
_____11. If this party is for minors, then an adult to child ratio must be: 1 Adult to every 10 minor children and a Security Guard will be required.
